Skansen with Svante Thuresson

In 2013, I was fortunate to get to play with Svante Thuresson at the Norwegian Opera during Oslo Jazzfestival with Come Shine and Jan Eggum amongst others. It was a great experience, especially meeting Svante, because we really found a connection musically. This guy really knows how to sing jazz, and he can scat like nobody I ever heard in Scandinavia. So when Svante called me earlier this year and asked if I wanted to come and play at his show at Skansen in Stockholm, I was very happy. The show was on monday, and a lot of great people involved, Katrine Madsen, Hans Backenroth, Karin Hammar amongst others. Hope to get the chance to play with Svante again in not too long!
